Our Program Types

Designed for providers new to aesthetics seeking to build foundational knowledge of energy-based devices prior to hands-on application.  This training is also ideal for individuals looking to strengthen their confidence with device technology and for practices onboarding new hires with limited device experience.

Learn essential concepts—such as laser physics, tissue interaction, device parameters, safety protocols, and treatment planning—in a flexible and accessible format.  By mastering these fundamentals in advance, providers can approach in-person training better prepared, more confident, and ready to focus on skill execution rather than theory.

Virtual training offers a cost-effective solution for educating clinical and non-clinical staff on the technologies your practice offers, enabling them to confidently communicate with and educate prospective patients and serves as valuable ongoing support for new providers, offering guidance during their initial treatments to help reinforce technique and build confidence.

You will gain confidence in patient history intake, consultation, education, and skin typing, while learning how to set realistic expectations, create effective treatment plans, and manage pre- and post-treatment care.

You will gain practical experience with device selection and parameter adjustments learning how to achieve appropriate clinical endpoints while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

See What Others Are Saying About Our Training Program

We were really lucky to have you here for the training. You explained everything so clearly and made everything easier to understand. We really appreciated everything you did for us.

Richard
Ophthalmologist

I had an excellent training experience on the Stellar M22 Lumenis laser… mainly because of Holly Pelletier. The training was incredibly comprehensive, covering both the technical aspects of the device and the clinical decision-making that goes into safe and effective treatments. Although I have practiced for 20 years and used lasers in the past, I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained—from settings selection, to patient assessment, and safety considerations.

What stood out most was the emphasis on clinical application. I felt well-supported in understanding not just how to perform treatments, but why certain settings and approaches are chosen. This made a big difference in building my confidence when transitioning into real patient care.

Holly was AMAZING!! She was very thorough, approachable, and very responsive to questions, both during and after the training. Follow-up support from her has been readily available, which made me feel even more comfortable as I began applying what I learned in practice.

Overall, the training provided a strong foundation and significantly increased my confidence in using the device safely and effectively. I now feel much more secure in my clinical decision-making and treatment planning.

Many years ago, I had the privilege of meeting Holly Pelletier, and it is a meeting that has stayed with me ever since. After purchasing a laser device for my practice, my associate and I traveled to New Hampshire to train with her. Within minutes of arriving, it was clear we were in exactly the right place.

Holly is exceptionally well-educated in her field, but what truly sets her apart is her intuition. She has a remarkable ability to read each practitioner and adapt her training methodology to meet their specific needs — something that is far rarer than it should be in this industry. Having observed how laser training is commonly conducted over the years, I can say with confidence that the bar is often disappointingly low. Half-day sessions for staff are not unheard of, and that simply is not enough time to become truly comfortable and proficient with a device.

Holly operates at a completely different level. She approaches every training session with the same drive and commitment to excellence that she brings to running her own practice. She takes her responsibility to her clients seriously, and it shows. If you are looking for a laser trainer who will genuinely prepare you to perform with skill and confidence, Holly Pelletier is the standard by which all others should be measured.
