Are You Tired?

Tired of the mood swings, the exhaustion, hot flashes, joint pains, and brain fog…

You are not alone.

And you do not have to live this way.

If this sounds familiar, hormones may be the cause. Hormones decline with age and as stress and lifestyle worsen the imbalance, symptoms can begin to disrupt your quality of lifebut the good news is, you don’t have to accept it as normal.

Restore Balance. Optimize Your Health. Feel Like Yourself Again.

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than just hot flashes. They may influence your energy, mood, sleep, mental clarity, metabolism, libido, and overall quality of life.

At AnewU Medical Spa, we offer personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Hormone Optimization designed to help restore hormonal balance while supporting your long-term health and wellness. Our goal isn’t simply to reduce symptoms—it’s to help you achieve hormone levels that support how you feel today and your health for years to come.

At AnewU, we take a medical, personalized approach. Every treatment plan is customized to your unique symptoms, medical history, and wellness goals because no two women experience hormonal changes the same way.

How We Do It

1. Consultation & Evaluation

Meet with Holly Pelletier, PA-C (Learn more about Holly here), to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and wellness goals. Together, we’ll determine whether hormone therapy is right for you and create a personalized plan.

2. Comprehensive Hormone Assessment

Most traditional practices prescribe HRT treatment without ordering labs. However, to provide optimal care, we recommend ordering labs to evaluate hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, along with other health markers that help guide safe, personalized treatment.

3. Personalized Treatment Options

Based on your symptoms, goals, and lab results, we’ll recommend the treatment option that’s right for you. Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • Bioidentical hormone therapy
  • Topical creams or gels
  • Injections
  • Pellet therapy .

4. Ongoing Optimization & Support

Hormone therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We’ll continue to monitor your progress, make adjustments as needed, and optimize your treatment to help you feel your best while supporting your long-term health.

Why Hormone Therapy Matters

At AnewU Medical Spa, we use Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Hormone Optimization to help restore hormonal balance, relieve symptoms, and support your long-term health.

As we age, hormone levels naturally decline, and stress, lifestyle, and other factors can accelerate these changes. Hormonal imbalances can affect nearly every system in the body, influencing your energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, cognitive function, and overall well-being.

Hormone Replacement Therapy is designed to restore optimal levels of hormones such as:

  • Estrogen
  • Progesterone
  • Testosterone
  • Thyroid
  • Vitamin D

Additionally, we don’t just focus on estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. When appropriate, we also evaluate thyroid health, as it plays an important role in energy, metabolism, hair health, and overall wellness. Because estrogen and thyroid function are closely connected, addressing both can help create a more complete and personalized treatment plan.

Who is a Candidate?

Hormonal changes can affect anyone. Often the symptoms of declining hormones overlap with may other common conditions resulting in a delay in diagnosis and treatment. It is also not uncommon for women to be on birth control, progesterone or have an IUD (intrauterine device) which may mask many of the common signs and symptoms of perimenopause such as hot flashes and continued menstrual cycles further delaying patients from seeking care

If you’ve been experiencing any of the following, your hormones may be the cause and you may be candidate for hormone replacement therapy:

Common Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance

  • Fatigue or low energy
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Mood changes or anxiety
  • Poor sleep or insomnia
  • Weight gain or changes in body composition
  • Low libido
  • Hot flashes and night sweats
  • Joint aches and muscle loss
  • Dry skin, thinning hair, or brittle nails
  • Difficulty building or maintaining muscles

Bioidentical vs Synthetic Hormone Therapy

      Bioidentical Hormones

  • What they are: Hormones that are structurally identical to the ones your body produces (like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)
  • Source: Typically derived from plant sources (like yams or soy) and then processed
  • How they work: Because they match your body’s hormones exactly, they are often described as being more “natural” and easier for the body to recognize
  • Common forms: Pellets, creams, gels, injections, capsules
  • Often used in: Personalized or compounded treatment plans

       Synthetic Hormones

  • What they are: Hormones that are chemically different from your body’s natural hormones
  • Source: Fully manufactured in a lab
  • How they work: They mimic hormone effects but are not identical in structure
  • Common forms: Pills, patches, some injections
  • Often used in: Traditional, standardized prescriptions

Hormone Replacement vs. Optimization

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) focuses on restoring declining hormone levels to relieve symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, and mood changes.

Hormone Optimization goes a step further. While symptom relief is an important goal, optimization focuses on achieving hormone levels that support not only how you feel today, but also your long-term health.

At AnewU Medical Spa, we personalize treatment to help support healthy bones, cognitive function, cardiovascular wellness, and overall vitality—because feeling better is just the beginning.
